This is one post regarding some improvements of the nose wheel spat, done in recent days.
The bulging near the bottom was solved by adding 2 rivnuts:
With 2K epoxy filler the transition between the 2 halves was smoothened (multiple iterations):
Finally the spat was painted with 2K primer, the pinholes filled, sanded, repainted, sanded and then repainted again:
