Finally the nose gear could be installed
The bushings were greased with lithium grease:
A carjack is handy here:
With multiple iterations of installing, sanding the bushing and reinstalling the strut, the bolts looked quite worn out, so new ones were installed:
To protect the engine-mount some temporary rubber washers were installed:
Force to move the nose gear is 1.5 KG:
Installation of the nose wheel, for this a 24 mm wrench and 14 mm hex wrench is needed:
