New bushings arrived to improve the movement of the nose gear.
While reducing the friction in the nose gear some play was introduced, see here.
New bushing were ordered to start again, these are quite expensive but it should be perfect:
The nose gear was disassembled:
New bushing were marked and with a 50 mm pvc pipe with sandpaper the bushings were sanded to the perfect size:
Finally the nose gear strut got painted with Paint-IT (this is black paint with stainless steel parts included):
