During test-fitting one of the axles, a not so nice discovery was made.
After test-fitting the left axle including the spacer an extreme camber was noticed:
After further investigation the conclusion was that the wrong spacers were shipped. The spacers for the Sling 2 are flat and 1/8″ thick, while the spacers for the Sling TSI are tapered. So I received the TSI spacers. Instead of waiting for a shipment out of South Africa I decided to machine these myself from 6061-T6 and incorporate the toe-in correction for the right side in the spacer instead of having 2 pieces.

After machining the toe alignment was verified with the 2 aluminium angles bolted to the main gear:
Perfect now, both wheels have less than 0.1 degrees of toe-in.
Final step was painting them black:
