One of the wrong side skins could be used as a template for drilling the holes:
The ducts need some trimming as well:

Finally a few coats of some thicker 2K epoxy primer:
Some actions for the todo list for these NACA ducts:
- Painting them white on the inside
- Drilling a hole in the left one for the OAT sensor (diameter?)
- Making backing plates or washers to reinforce the backside where the rivets will sit
