Installing the seatbelt brackets seemed like a quick task but took longer than expected.
First task was to review the bolt length. The correct bolt length here is AN4-6A with 1 thin washer:
The left one riveted in place:
Gesipa PolyGrips 4,8×15 rivets were used:
The right side however did not fit. After some investigation I found out that the reinforcement plate (CF-RIB-005) at the right side was bent 2 mm smaller, therefore there was insufficient room for the bracket to sit flush.
The left side has some room at the bottom:
Since the reinforcement plate is already riveted in place it was better to trim the bracket, about 1.5 mm was removed. A minimum of 7.35 mm was the limit to respect at least 1.5xdia as edge distance.

A second issue I found out is that the bend of the bracket itself was not enough. This would have prevented reaching the bolt with a wrench.
The left side was fine and had about 11 mm clearance:
However the left side a few mm less:
Which prevented access with a wrench:
After increasing the bend in a vice the problem was solved:
After modifying the bracket it needed a new coat of epoxy primer:
When the primer was cured installation was easy:
To prevent the bolt or wrench damaging the primer I stamped 2 pieces of fireproof soundproofing material:
