Before installing the new left side skin some minor tasks needed to be completed.
4 holes in the new CF-ANG-025 needed to be upsized from 3.3 mm to 4.1 mm:
A short priming session:
One gusset needed a bit more clearance for the rivets heads:
The bottom bolt for the slider rail was a bit long and grinded down a bit:
The most rear top hole was drilled:
The new spacer was installed:
The hole in the RF flange didn’t line up perfectly with the other holes, therefore a custom washer was machined and since access to the backside is impossible a string was used with some 5 minute epoxy to install:
