While working on the CF side skins, a while ago, I found out that I had some alignment issues with the side angles, after further investigation with Sling Aircraft the conclusion was that both parts need to be replaced. Good news because this will hopefully solve the alignment issues, but also bad news because the rivets near the joining location will be difficult to remove.
It took a while but the rivets are removed so that the angle can be replaced:
Note the difference of the “old” and new version on top, the hole locations are slightly different and the old one was longer and had an additional hole:

With a file 2 of the 4.1 mm holes where enlarged to 4.9 mm to solve the misaligned holes here:
