Some more minor tweaks were needed before the arch skin could be riveted.
First was the transition between the middle top skin and the arch skin, this required a tapered spacer.

This is the location where the spacer will go, but then on the inside:

Next was also edge rolling the front side of the arch skin:

When test-fitting I noted that the skin was bulging at some places:



With these pliers the skin got a little curl at each edge to make sure it will lay flat:

Furthermore some more material was removed to prevent a nasty dent on each side, also one hole on each side and one on the top was missing:

The missing holes were drilled with help of a strap duplicator:


And after the touch-up with primer the minor tweaks were completed:
