The primer was cured so it was time to rivet the side skins.
I noted that the first vertical rivet line had 3 mm holes in the right skin and 4 mm holes in the left skin and also the underlying structure. Easy fix; ream to 4 mm and debur:
Next I cleco’d the skins to the structure and used as many as rivets as possible to have the best possible alignment:
Before pulling the trigger of the rivetgun I double checked the alignment (within 0.1 degrees aligned):
