Test fit of the rear cover skin and fixed the flanges that conflict with the longerons.
It’s a tight fit, some clecos require some force to get in so some match-drilling will be required.
Note the conflicting flanges on both sides.

I used the outside rear skins to drill the missing holes:
Next I removed the longerons and removed some material from the flanges, next I did a primer touch-up with an airbrush gun.
