Parts for building a new left fuel tank arrived.
The solution for the misalignment of the holes in the fuel tank skin and main spar is to build a new left fuel tank.
TAF created a special skin for me where the misaligned holes are not drilled so I can drill them myself at the correct location.

After 2 months the parts arrived:
After unpacking I de-burred the ribs. These ribs have a higher revision number and don’t need drilling or enlarging holes like I had to do on the first tank:
It’s important to make sure the flanges are curved / round otherwise it’s difficult to get the ribs in!
The fit from the ribs and the skin is good:

This went much faster than the first tank.
