Bend the fuel sender arms and mounted them.
The metal rod of the floats is hard and difficult to bend by hand, therefore I purchased this cheap metal bender.
I made a test piece and verified the dimensions of the manual, which were spot on.
Then I made the bends with the metal bender:
Then I mounted them and adjusted the 2 arms to make just not touch the skin of the fuel tanks.
I did the same for the other fuel tank and marked the location with a Sharpie.
The screw will need some tank sealant according the maintenance manual, what I will do when mixing the next batch of Proseal.
