Preparing the fuel tank brackets.
First the holes for the rivets need to be countersunk to 120 degrees:
Next is deburring and degreasing before painting with epoxy primer. Because the brackets will be mounted with rivets and proseal the mating surfaces with the tank cannot be primed and are covered with painters tape:
When the primer was cured I riveted the nut plates with the Milwaukee rivet gun:
