Next important step is to start with the fuel tanks.
First the jigs must be made from wood. I printed in 1:1 scale the cutting profile on A4 self adhesive paper.
With a jigsaw it was easy now to cut the profile:
The profile is 6 mm smaller than the fuel tank, I found a 6 mm rubber that I glued on the profile.

Before inserting the ribs I made sure the the flanges are round:
I did a test fit how the brackets would fit on the main spar:
I’m not yet quite sure how much the wing twist effects the fuel tanks when built straight out of the jig…
