Another bracket was needed to transform from the 16 mm conduit to the 13 mm conduit.
I tried using only a 13 mm conduit for the 3 electrical wires for the lights but 13 mm is too tight due to the many bends.
Therefore I came up with the idea of using a 16 mm conduit first from the root of the wing to the first inspection panel and then continue with a 13 mm conduit that fits in the stringer through the other ribs.
This is the bracket I designed in SolidWorks to go from 16 mm to 13 mm conduit near the first inspection panel:
