When I visited Sling 2 builder Alois in Germany I saw a newer version of rib 6 with a bushing instead of a plastic square piece to guide the aileron pushrod. Since one of my rib 6 didn’t fit I ordered this updated version of the right and left rib 6.
Unfortunately this one didn’t align with the main spar so I created a wooded mold and corrected this:
Then I could de-revit the hinge bracket to reuses the parts, debur and prime the new parts:
When the primer was dry I had to enlarge the hole in the 2 plates a bit to accommodate the bushing:
