The epoxy primer was dry so could rivet the spar extension back on.

Note: I didn’t rivet the 3 outside holes because these holes are required for the jigs.
To give the “pocket” hole a bit more corrosion protection I used Ardrox AV30. Once rib 1 is riveted at this location the “pocket” hole has almost no connection to the outside, when moisture is present in this hole it will remain in, therefore I think some extra protection cannot hurt. Ardrox AV30 is what TAF is using on their factory built Slings between the mating surfaces of the skins:
