The support angles of wing ribs 4, 6, 8 and 9 need a little bend to align with the rear spar flange.
Fortunately I didn’t rivet these angles to the rib yet so it was easier to do the bend.
So I had to find a solution and followed the advice of another Sling builder.
I created an aluminum mold in a vise and used a cross peen hammer to create the bend, I protected the angle with some additional aluminum to prevent impact damage.
The other angles look the same.
I will need to spray some primer before they are riveted to the rib.
