Clecod the flap ribs in the flaps skins and riveted the bottom flanges of the ribs. Since the flaps need a twist to follow the wing wash out I did not rivet the other holes.
Rivet the rib 4 assembly:
The holes of nose rib 1 didn’t align with the holes in the skin (this situation is same on both flaps):

I reamed these holes to accept 4 mm rivets:
