HS rivet fix

When building the horizontal stabiliser one hole in the skin was enlarged which needed a fix.

I removed the 3 mm rivet and reamed the holes to 4.1 mm to accept a 4 mm rivet.
To have a symmetrical look I replace also the 3 other holes on the other sides.
