Recently I receive new parts for the elevator and continued with preparing and priming.
This is the third right elevator skin, which is bent correctly:

Unfortunately it’s damaged during shipment:
With my curved bending pliers I could fix the issue:
I also ordered a new rib, 2 gusset channels and counterweight:
The 3 rivets of the skin – gusset channel on the right side don’t fit, the left side is fine. After consulting TAF they replied to just match-drill but this will cause elongated holes. Maybe enlarge to 4 mm rivets or 3 mm large flange rivets?
The cause is that the holes in the right skin are not aligned by 2 millimeters.
