Received the replacement skin for the right side of the elevator.
Test fit on the skeleton, outside bend looks fine:
But now the inside bend is not in the middle:
There is a difference of 1.5 mm:
Reaming the holes is no option because then the holes would be elongated to 4 mm, which is too much, the maximum hole size of 3.2 mm rivet is 3.4 mm!
TAF will send another skin next week…
