Continued with removing the plastic on the rivet lines and test fitting the skin. Unfortunately with some issues.
Removal of blue plastic ready:
It’s difficult to get the small plates in, a bit of glue did the job:
Skins on:
Misalignment on the outside ribs:
Misalignment on the gusset channels:
Perfect trailing edge on the left skin:
But a banana trailing edge on the right skin (after some investigation it looks like the skin has a bend not exactly in the middle):
Result for now:
I will contact TAF about the misalignment and the problem with the trailing edge:
Edit: TAF will replace the skin.
