Trim tab is ready but unfortunately with a little twist.
Because the original piano hinge was not long enough I ordered a new one, ordernumber: MS20257-3, I used the original as a guide to drill the holes in the new hinge:
2 extra holes for safety wire to secure the hinge pin:
Ready to rivet (27 rivets must be shortened):

The trailing edge is straight but the trim tab has a total twist of 4 mm:
