After some e-mail conversation with TAF I modified the rib1 flange and holes, deburred and prepared the parts for priming.
Unfortunately the primer didn’t survive the Dutch winter (colder than 8 degrees Celcius) so I ordered new primer.
The flange of rib 1 was a bit too long, so I shortened the rib by bending the flange a bit, therefore the holes with the spar and lower hinge didn’t line up anymore. TAF approved reaming these holes to 4,9 mm and use 4,8 mm pop rivets, this is no problem because there is no high stress on that flange.
